HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have 28 days from the date of receiving your items (14 days for reduced or sale items) to return your items for a full refund.


Online purchases can be returned to store, by Royal Mail freepost, via Collect+ and Doddle. More details can be found here.

Returns (Ireland)


We do not offer a free postal returns service in Ireland, however orders can be returned to our stores.


To return by post, please return your order to the address on the delivery note and ensure all items are in good condition, undamaged and with all labels intact. Please remember to request a proof of posting before returning your items.


When we receive your order we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your card will be credited.


Returns (Europe)


We do not offer free postal returns at present. Please note that orders from Europe cannot be returned to our stores.

By Freepost (UK Only)


Simply post the item back to us in good condition, undamaged and with all labels intact using the freepost label that came with your parcel.


Please complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel whilst requesting a certificate of postage at the post office. Remember to retain this until you have received your refund.


When we receive your order we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your card will be credited. It can take up to 14 working days for orders to be returned to us via the free postal service.


Quick And Easy Return To Store (UK Only)


You can return UK deliveries to any standalone store.


Please bring your dispatch note with you and make sure all items are undamaged with all labels intact. You will be asked for the reason of the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund.


Concessions in department stores are unable to accept online returns.

By Collect+ (UK Only)


Collect+ has drop points in over 3,800 local stores that are open 7 days a week.
To use this service, write your order number on the returns label in your parcel in the space provided. Peel off the label and stick to your parcel. Please make sure all items are in good condition, undamaged and will all labels intact.


Take your parcel to any of the 3,800 local stores offering the Collect+ service and you'll get a proof of postage and a code to track your return. Find your nearest Collect+ store by texting COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 or by clicking here

When we receive your order we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your card will be credited within 3-5 working days.

By Doddle (UK Only)


Doddle has dedicated parcel stores located in and around train stations and busy areas across the UK where you can return your Oasis order.


All you need to do is fill out your dispatch note and drop off your parcel at your most convenient Doddle store. They’re open early until late and most stores are open 7 days a week.


Once it has been dropped off at a Doddle store, your refund will be processed within 5 days. Find out how to return with Doddle and the location of their stores here.
