I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THE FUNDS ARE MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT?

We won't take payment from your debit or credit card until we have dispatched your items however your bank may choose to hold the funds as pending until the order has been dispatched. 

If we have to cancel an order then the funds will be released but it may take the bank 3-5 working days for the funds to be active again.
