AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER

The delivery note in the parcel you've received will detail all the items that should be included in it.


The items you order may be sent in more than one delivery with our Seek and Send service. This is due to us selecting items from various store locations.


Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.


If an item is listed on the packing slip that isn't in the parcel, please contact customer services here who will look in to this without delay.
