MY PARCEL IS MISSING

 

We're very sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel yet. 

Before contacting customer services please check if the driver has left a calling card at your address as they might have left your order with a neighbour if you weren't in at the time when the driver attempted to deliver. 

If however you have not received a calling card and the courier has advised that the parcel has been delivered please please contact customer services here.
